Excellent slow release protein
5Im looking at the bad reviews on taste and mixability with a ton of doubt and skepticism. I have the 5.5pd vanilla and it mixes well in a shaker bottles and the taste is excellent. Seriously disregard those reviews as they are probably bots or competitors. As I said it mixes great and tastes good with no artificial or fake chemical taste. Pleased with purchase. Goes Well With:Almond milk.

Undrinkable and Unmixable
1Just can't choke it down. Tried it with water, milk, in a blender, in oatmeal...you name it. Too chalky. Too foamy. Ick. Don't know if it's unique to the flavor. I got cookies and cream. I'll stick with whey from here out.

Chocolate Smooth & Strawberry Cream
5As far as the quality and effectiveness of this protein powder it is top notch. It comes down to taste and and the Macros. The Chocolate Smooth gets 5 stars for taste and has 110 calories, 1 gram of fat, 2 grams carbs, and 24 grams of protein in a 33 gram serving. I highly recommend it. The Strawberry Cream gets 2.5 stars on taste. It doesn’t have a strong enough strawberry flavor and leaves a funky aftertaste. It has 110 calories, 0 grams fat, 3 grams carbs, and 23 grams protein in a 30 gram serving. I don’t recommend the Strawberry Cream. I haven’t tried the Vanilla, so I can’t help out with that one.Goes Well With:In protein pudding recipes.

TEXTURE BEWARE
1I've never had such a chalky textured protein in my life. It's awful, VERY hard to consume. Would not recommend this flavour to anyone. For whatever reason, the chocolate smooth casein protein was more or less fine and not chalky at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

5Great texture, flavor, mixability and versatility. I’ve had every flavor but unflavored and I thing strawberry is my favorite!Goes Well With:Coconut milk and frozen bananas

Great product!
4Ive been using it for a couple weeks now and I really like it. I find that when I drink it I end up less sore than I would be without it. Also, I am starting to see some major progress with my lifts. Overall the taste and everything is great and I really like it.

Vanilla
5The flavor is decent I would personally like a little more vanilla but I love the consistency and mix ability of this product. I add it to my yogurt will some sweetener and vanilla extract to get a nice protein frosting and it’s awesome.Goes Well With:Oatmeal, yogurt

Avoid it
1Although i like some of myprotein products, but this one is extremely bad. I got the 5.5 pounds, the expiry date is so close, there is a strange taste that never taste in any casein product i have before. casein well known of being thick, here it is not, there is a lot of fillers.
