Great for peri workout period
4Mixes perfect with orange juice. Mixes real well with water amino acids and dextrose as long as the the dextrose/aminos are flavored. Very bland on its own but that's to be expected. Overall I'd say this is perfect for what I needed, which was a peri workout protein that mixed well with fruit flavors.

4great product , so far it has been very true to the nutritional facts. it has been a great addition to my diet. it was recommended to me by some friends and has been very useful. I just hope that there would be more flavors

3The Benchmark for protein, its a great product I take it before and during workout to get a release of aminos during training. The tatse isn't the best but the results are awesome.
