Tasty and Different
Very unique flavor but I really enjoyed it. It’s a sweet mango flavor but has that spicy kick in the back of your throat. Quality and transparent ingredients which is great and if gave a solid pump during the workout. Overall I really enjoyed it but for me, it could use a little more caffeine. However I do like having a lower caffeine pre-workout in the rotation.

Is this intended to be an acute or chronic supplement?
First off, I liked the tase of both of these (Mango and Strawberry). Question is: what are they for? Both Beta Alanine and Creatine don't work if only taken acutely, they need time, taken daily for up to a month, before they accumulate sufficiently in your system to have effect. And even so, at the quantities offered here they won't be effective. BA should be about 6 gr/day and Creatine at least 2.5. The citrulline and betaine dose seems enough for chronic (daily, every day) use but low for one-off use on only hard workout days. Perhaps the Astragin and bioperine are thought to increase absorption to the point of effectiveness for acute use. The caffeine dose was also low at 150 mg. Most studies indicate at least 3 mg/kg is required, and often 5 to 6 mg/kg is the truly effective dose. So unless you weigh 50kg or less the amount here is too low to elicit peak performance. That said I took one of the samples on a day I was feeling really tired before a ride, there was enough caffeine to get me out the door and make it a manageable mid-intensity aerobic maintenance ride. But I suspect a 100 or 200mg caffeine pill (cost about 5 cents) would have done the same.Goes Well With:Mixes well in water.

Awful taste
I was pretty unsure about the flavor bought I got some samples to try so I gave it a shot. Tried to mix it with water but it wasn’t mixing very well and there was still a lot of particles floating around. The taste was TERRIBLE. I took a pretty small sip and had to rinse my mouth out because it was so bad. It’s just not a good flavor combination. 0/10Goes Well With:.

Interesting
The mango flavor is interesting, can really taste the hot sauce. Would describe it as like a spicy mango salsa. I did enjoy it overall. I think this flavor might to do better in the thermo pre workout which is a bit spicy alreadyGoes Well With:Water, sparkling
