Shreded 68 year old
5I was a typical pot bellied blubbery 68 year old, 6 foot and 212 pounds with a 42 inch waist until I decided to get a "6 Pak" before I croak. Using My Protein BCAA supplementing protein shakes before and after daily workouts at the gym with a low carbohydrate diet I gained some muscle mass while burning off 12 pounds of fat in 26 days: no easy feat. Now all my pants and suits fit, with waists from 36 inches and up. Its like gaining a very expensive new wardrobe, without spending a penny. Previously, similar attempts with out BCAA's resulted in some weight loss, but always with a major loss of muscle as well. Now that I know the secret to losing fat while maintaining muscle mass, I feel that I should share it. At 68 tears old I am getting better, leaner and stronger. Better late than never. BCAA's ROCK!! Goes Well With:Protein shake or almond milk.

Name says it all
5Tastes super duper bitter, but a little orange juice (or anything sweet) takes it away. Been taking it a week and no complaints. Just be sure to use enough liquid to mix it, or else it clumps. Overall, amazing value. Goes Well With:Juice, flavoured protein powder

Works as expected
5This is a BCAA powder product. All that needs to be said. It contains the proper ratios and does what BCAAs do. I mix it with my pre-workout and it mixes fine. The taste is super bitter but I have yet to find a BCAA that isn't bitter. If you are like me and mix your own pre-workout, I have found that orange citrus flavors cover up the BCAA bitterness the best. Just some advice.Goes Well With:anything

Bcaa
4I purchased the mixed Berry, the taste is kinda week but it's not that bad, I sip on it during my workout. The overall value is pretty good, I purchased it on sale so the price was really really good. I am happy with the purchase and will get it again. There are a thousand BCAAS on the market and this performs just as well as any of the other top rated BCAA's I have tried.

5Perfect to use preworkout while intermittent fasting to prevent muscle loss. I mix it with crystal light to mask the taste.

Effective
5Pretty cost efficient for BCAA's. I always use intra or post to enhance recovery. If you do not believe in them, just give them a shot. Take ~12-20 grams peri workout. I bought the unflavored version, and it mixes just fine.Goes Well With:Water, Juice, Pre workout.

Effective, but bland
4Same as with the protein isolate, the taste (Tropical) on this is bland. Even with 2 scoops in a bottle of water you can barely taste it.

Great Product. Poor Taste
4I have been taking this product for a week or so now. It seems fine. The taste is pretty bitter though. Even mixed with gatorade intra-workout it literally takes away any sweet taste. It also mixes a little funky too. It takes quite a few vigorous shakes to get it to mix completely. Overall I would recommend it if you're loyal to MyProtein, otherwise there might be a better product out there without bitter taste and better mixability for the same price and purity.Goes Well With:Gatorade, preworkout
