4I have been adding a squirt of this into my protein shakes and noticed that it prevents the shakes from foaming during the shaking process. Plus, it taste good. Only I tiny bit needed for the coconut flavor.Goes Well With:Any flavor shake to prevent foam.

3The bottle I received was best by 2/20. It’s much lower fat than other mct oils on the market. The taste is decent though

Coffee addition
5I bought this to go in my coffee and because it was a little cheaper per oz from the brand I normally buy. While I do wish there was an unflavored version, using the coconut flavor in my coffee is better than I expected. Goes Well With:Coffee
