good and bad
5its very useful but the taste and consistency of the drink are like chalk, it doesn't mix 100% but like 95%, I've found that if you hold your nose while drinking the mixture with water it is as if your are drinking water no taste and no chalky texture, so if you are mixing it with water i highly recommend holding your nose

Aweful taste
3This powder is easy to mix but I find it doesn't completely dissolve as it stays a little chalky. Also, even though it says it's unflavored, it has an aweful taste as if you took a bite of a cheap lipstick! It's not as bad if you mix it in orange juice but I first tried into the clear whey isolate and it just had a strong taste. Also, the package would be better if it was a container rather than a bag. It's hard to get to the powder without getting it everywhere on your hands and the zipper top won't seal after the first use. Not a bad product by itself but the taste and the packaging make me dislike it.

5I actually bought this product for a female friend and she is quite pleased with the results. She said she noticed inches disappearing after 3 days of use with a decent diet combined with walking.Had me make another purchase of it she liked it so much.Goes Well With:Water,coffee

4This has a slite watermelon taste as far as results I'm starting to see some fat loss. Goes Well With:One scoop with a scoop of a hydration supplement before my morning walk is helping out. Also one scoop with my nighttime casein helps out.
