Quality isn’t there

Have other pairs of my protein 2 in 1 shorts that I love. Saw this style on sale so decided to give it a shot.  Quality isn’t there.The waist band feels awkward and often rolls over on itself and the pocket placement is in front rather than sides, so when running/ walking your phone bounces around off your thigh. Would recommend looking at other style options.
