I'm usually not a fan of pills but I got this while they were in sale to give them a try. They were a good alternative to powdered BCAAs. They are quite large and a bit chalky, but went down pretty easily.

Not a fan of pills but I wanted to try. The taste is eeehhhh but like some say, it expected, I can deal with it.Report this review
It's a little chalky on the way down but that's to be expected, otherwise, great productReport this review
Great results out of this product, and very cost efficient. Every now and again I get one that goes down weird because they're fair sized, but nothing you don't get used to right away. Would definitely recommend.Report this review
Outstanding BCAA in an easy to swallow pull.Report this review
The pills are slightly large and have a neutral taste, even when in contact with water. I'm able to swallow all 3 at once but your experience may vary. 3 pills comes out to 9 grams with a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine:Isoleucine:Valine. The bottle is a 270-count so you get 90 servings. You could take 6 grams (2 pills) as a serving as well which would extend the servings to 135. I was able to snag two bottles when they were 50% off which is the cheapest I've been able to get BCAAs for. Most are sold in powder form, the tablets are much more convenient because I don't have to mix a drink. I use them in a fasted state prior to lifting. The best BCAAs I've ever had. Goes Well With:Weigh training.Report this review
I use these when I workout in a semi-fasted state (no solid meals in the last half-day). Works great for that extra boost.Report this review
So the price point and ratio on these were great and I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a quick BCAA. But keep in mind, the pills are fairly large and half way through the bottle I was honestly getting tired of trying to choke these down.Report this review
I am a triple heart operation survivor and was allowed to add weight training to my revovery routine about a year ago. I have to be careful of what suppliments I take because of my other meds and symptoms. I added BCAA with my doctors approval about two months ago and have realized better work outs, increasing weight and reps at a faster pace, and need less muscle recuperation time between work outs. I have been able to add a fourth day to my going to the gym and look forward to adding a fifth soon. I also use My Protein's "Impact Whey Protein" and Creatine Tabs as part of my suppliment program, alsor awesome products!Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein Creatine TabletsReport this review
