Normally amino acids must be liberated by gastro-intestinal digestion, which obviously takes time and energy stores, therefore Peptopro’s hydrolysed peptides save this time and energy for recovery. This PeptoPro is made from casein protein, therefore sustains protein absorbance for maximum of eight hours, so can be taken post workout or before bed for lean muscle production while you rest.

The glucose content in PeptoPro combines with the protein source to recover damaged muscle tissue and replenish diminished glycogen stores for faster recovery and prepare you for your next workout.

These peptides have been hydrolysed to 28%.

Post exercise:
Add 300-400ml of water or fruit juice into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add half of an MP large scoop (15-20g), shake and consume.

During exercise:
Add 250-350ml of water or fruit juice into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add just under half of an MP large scoop (10-15g), shake and consume.
