Protein: Why You Need It

Protein is a fundamental macronutrient that’s hailed as one of the most important nutrients for muscle growth.

The human body is made up of about 20% protein, making this essential building block present in every single cell. It plays a huge role in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, tirelessly working behind the scenes to ensure your body remains strong and resilient.

Informed Protein: Never, ever spiked.

Why settle for less? We don’t spike our Impact Whey Protein, ever.

In a world where some brands cut corners and spike their protein with fillers like amino acids and nitrogen to inflate the amount of protein it says on the label, we stand firm. At Myprotein, integrity matters — no shortcuts.

Informed Protein is a global quality assurance program designed to verify the protein content and quality in our products, as well as the amino acid profile.

To make sure we don’t waste perfectly good supplements, we’ve decided to gradually roll out the release of our new packaging.  All our products will feature our new packaging in the near future, but, in the meantime, you may see some old designs.
