Great formula, bad flavors
i have an anxiety disorder that mostly does nothing these days except make my heart race when it shouldnt. combine caffeine with heavy sets to failure and i used to leave the gym early because my body wanted to pass out. but the l-theanine in this specific formula is perfect for combatting all the problems mentioned above! unforch, the only good flavor is the blue raspberry. i hear nothing but bad things from old fashioned or whisky sour and am not a big fan of orange, so i tried strawberry and its js gross. but its good if u mix it w lemon lime liquid iv!

Overall a great Pre. Not super high stim or anything fancy, but it's got the basics and gets the job done. The fruity flavors taste good, but the whiskey flavors are terrible - avoid those.

It contains everything I need for a preworkout and that strawberry flavor mother only flavor I trued and love it. I hope they release in the future with a higher pump dosage of just L-Citrulline.

The taste was unusual, for a pre. Gives a feel of a mixed drink at a bar, hence the flavor, like bourbon on the rocks. The whiskey was similiar, little better. Blue rasp I have to try, will open soon. The effect, however, was great! Nice pump, energy, power. No crash or jitter, on par with many of the best pre workouts I've tried. Maybe stick to the basic flavors Goes Well With: Water
