The very first time taking this I added to 8oz of water and it was to intense but I tried again the next day with 12-14oz of water and it was perfect love love love this product and sad that it has been out of stock so long :( Goes Well With: Water

Taste is odd, but really effective
I didn't realize that this would be mildly spicy after drinking it, very odd. However, the results were amazing, I ended up spending twice the amount of time at the gym and didn't even realize it. I had an amazing session. The weird taste will throw you off, but the results are undeniable. Goes Well With: It doesn't go well at all.
