Flavdrops are one of the most versatile products on the market right now. From pancakes to coffee creamer, they can be used for almost anything you can imagine! If you haven’t heard of them until now, Flavdrops are calorie-free, highly concentrated liquid flavor enhancers. You can use them as a dieting tool, a way to customize your protein shakes, a way to add extra flavor to baked goods, and much, much more. Coming from someone who has tried (literally) every single flavor of the drops, in this article, I am going to share with you my top five uses for this absolutely incredible product!

How To Use Flavdrops

#1 Dieting Tool

Above all else, my favorite use for Flavdrops is using them as a strategic tool for getting the most out of my diet, especially during the summer shred. To do this, I like to replace what I would normally use protein powder for, with Flavdrops, and then make a protein shake later on. For example, instead of putting strawberry cream impact whey into my Greek yogurt, I’ll just use a couple drops of strawberry and a couple drops of vanilla Flavdrops, and I’ll achieve the same effect with 100 fewer calories! This way, I’ll have room for an added protein shake with that meal, or I can save it for later on. The best part is, you can use the drops to enhance any food you want, whether it’s oatmeal, cottage cheese, almond milk, etc. For this reason, FlavDrops are truly a revolutionary tool for making losing weight easy!

#2 Flavor Customizer

Flavdrops are a great way to add extra flavors to your protein shakes and your food. I like to think of it like this: protein powders are like acrylic paints, and Flavdrops like the palette to mix them all; you can make a good painting with just your solid colors, but mix them together, and you’ll have a masterpiece.

By combining different variations of Flavdrops with each other or with protein powders, you have access to an endless possibility of flavors. With all these options, however, it may seem challenging to figure out which ones to try—so here are my favorites. For the chocolate lovers, I’m a big fan of chocolate covered fruit. Mix chocolate smooth impact whey with banana, strawberry, or raspberry Flavdrops and you’ll have a liquid version of a chocolate-dipped fruit platter. Vanilla also goes well with all of these flavors too and can provide a fruit-and-cream taste that is equally as sweet! Additionally, for a nice latte taste, I’ll mix a glass of almond milk with a couple drops mocha and a couple drops vanilla. No matter what you like to mix them in, these ideas will hopefully get your started.

#3 Homemade Coffee Creamer

When it comes to coffee, unless you’re an enthusiast, it’s very hard to stomach it black. Many people use coffee creamer for just this reason, but unfortunately, for the health-conscious individual, these creamers are all too often full of unhealthy sugars and fats, and are extremely high in calories too. This is where Flavdrops come into play. As a zero calorie flavor enhancer, they give you the taste you want without the calories you don’t.

For a minimal-calorie option, you can go sans milk, although the consistency won’t be the same as a traditional coffee drink. Personally, what I do is add a splash of unsweetened almond milk (but any milk alternative is fine) until my coffee is the perfect color, then I add a couple drops of my flavor of choice. The amount of extra calories from the milk is generally so minimal that it won’t have any significance against your diet (Remember, though, if you’re drinking a couple of cups a day or are using more than “just a splash,” it can add up quickly) too. No matter which way you take your coffee, FlavDrops are a far better nutritional choice than sugary creamers, and with all the options to choose from, you’ll never have a boring cup o’ joe again!

#4 Flavored Ice Cubes

Although at first, this might seem like an odd thing to do, I’ve found that making ice cubes with Flavdrops can be the perfect refresher on a hot summer day. Add a couple drops of your favorite fruity flavor into your ice cube tray, and in a couple hours, you’ll have a nice, refreshing water enhancer without the sweet taste—almost like flat seltzer. If you want something sweeter, however, you can pull out the popsicle tray and do the opposite! Since FlavDrops are highly concentrated and calorie free, you’ll be able to make tons of healthy popsicles, all from one tiny bottle of flavor enhancing magic. Whichever one you choose, the fruity flavors can make great summer treats that won’t derail you from reaching your goals either.

5. Recipe Enhancer

Lastly, adding a few Flavdrops to your next baking recipe will give it an exciting new flavor profile. They make a great addition to everything from protein pancakes to muffins. My favorite flavors for these types of recipes are fruits and vanilla, but with more than 15 options to choose from, you can make any blend you want, whether it’s adding chocolate drops to your muffins or banana drops to your pancakes (or both!).
