I’ve not trained in it yet but it’s true to size, feels comfortable when one and lovely colour 

Really happy with the deep side sections of this bra around your lats, means it doesn't dig in to your muscles as some bras do. Let down by straps though, too loose to offer any support during a workout and very off putting. Will keep this for lounging about it or mobility sessions as it is very comfortable.

This is a really nice and comfy sports bra, the fabric is lighter than the fabric used on other styles and the pattern is really subtle. The only negative, and it doesn't bother me all that much, is that the little triangle 'padding' bits are quite small so you might want to take or swap them out if you are more gifted than I in that department!

I purchased this along with the matching leggings and I really loved the look of the outfit. While I found the leggings to be a perfect fit and really comfy I felt really let down by the top when it came to performance and comfort during a workout. I have a number of sports bras from MyProtein already so I knew a small should have been a perfect fit for me. While the back of the bra fit prefect it was the straps that really let it down - they were far too loose/stretchy and I found when I was working out the top would pull down and I would be constantly pulling it back up. Its a pity because overall the look of the outfit is really nice, I just don't think i'll get the wear of it unless I alter the straps myself.
