Cute leggings but they seem to run small?
I really wanted to love these but the waist seems to run much smaller compared to their other leggings. I bought these in a large, which usually fits me perfectly OR are on the slightly looser side. These make me look like I'm a can of biscuits that's busting open lol. For reference, I'm 5'4" and weigh 155lb with an athletic build. I wish I could attach a photo to demonstrate just how much smaller the waist is on these leggings compared to all of my other MyProtein large leggings - laying flat with these layered on top of other MyProtein leggings in the SAME size, there is about a 1.5 inch difference between the two. If you have little body fat, these will probably be fine for you, but if you have >20% body fat, these might not be as flattering. It's unfortunate that MP's sizing is the way that it is - for most brands I wear a size medium. Obviously I can easily exchange these for a larger size, but the "extra large" for this brand is quite a bit smaller compared to most other brands' sizing. It's unfortunate that MP's sizing isn't as inclusive of larger body types. I'm sure people with a larger body habitus would love to have cute, quality workout clothes to move in, too! The overall quality, color, and fit of the leggings is otherwise GREAT, but the waist band is SO small for a large. Seriously, the waist band looks like it was made for a size medium or even small leggings.
