seamless long-sleeved top
5I've worn the top as a base layer for cycling and on its own for running and it's great. Comfortable, wicks well and keeps the heat in. So if you do either of these sports buy one !!!. I live in Scotland so it's no the warmest and it does what it says on the tin. Cheers

Perfect leg day top!
5Big fan of the new clothing ranges and been looking at buying some new gym gear for a while. Other brands are everywhere and I was a huge fan of the performance range from Myprotein. This top is amazing! I'm 5'10" and about 87kg. I went for a Large and it fits just right. Top half is muscle fitted whereas below the chest it's a bit looser, more of a slim fit. It is tight on the forearms like other reviews say, only downside. It's also a bit long but that doesn't bother me. Prefer it to be long than too short. It's ideal for leg day. Think it might be too constricting for an upper body pump, especially the arms. Definitely looking to buy the short sleeve and zip versions in the future though!!
