MP essential training energy shorts
Amazing!! Such good quality and light almost like swim material, I feel as though I can breath in them, sweat and still feel comfy. Didn’t take long to come at all either. Highly recommend!

I agree with previous reviews. The band on these shorts is TIGHT. I normally wear a medium and sized up to a large. The large fits but I honestly could have gone up to an XL for a more comfortable fit.

I love this style of short for running and these are comfortable and flattering. I am a size 8 and would normally buy a size small, however I sized up to a medium based on other reviews. Big mistake as the medium is just too big on the waist, so I will be returning them for a size small. I think size up if you're in between sizes, otherwise stick to your usual size.

I sized up to a medium after reading reviews and I’m glad I did, anything smaller would be unwearable. And they nearly still are. The waistband is rather tight and the shorts are very short. I can’t imagine how tiny a small would’ve been. On the plus side, the material is nice and the quality was surprisingly good. I just don’t think I can wear them to the gym. Any type of movement is risking exposure.

I ordered a size S and I am 5'2". the shorts fit fine on the waist band and feel great, but they are a little too short! Very cute shorts, but not for lifting.
