Great product!
5This is an overall great product by Myprotein. The weight gainer gets the job done by providing a good amount of calories, protein and carbs. The mixability is unmatched compared to other weight gainers I have tried. The texture of it is a little weird, as it's kind of grainy. The taste is also not as good as some other weight gainers, but it only makes sense given the low amount of sugar in this product. Lower sugar is better for you anyways. In the end, I give it 5 stars because it's doing exactly what I want it to do.

1Extremely grainy, does not mix at all. I bought the Vanilla and it tastes disgusting, nothing like vanilla at all. Extremely disappointed in this product, I will be buying from elsewhere next time! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Goes Well With:Nothing!

Not that bad.
5I was worried about ordering this due to all the negative reviews talking about a sandy mouthfeel. When I actually ended up trying it I quickly understood that this is basically just like drinking a bowl of oatmeal and the sandy bits are just ground oatmeal. Besides that, It's great and serves it's purpose.Goes Well With:Milk

7g of sugar
2This stuff is just sugar. It's hard to drink. I got it because my favorite product (Hard gainer extreme) is discontinued; it's replacement product (Extreme Gainer Blend) was out of stock in all flavors, and then this one (Weight Gainer Blend) was out of stock in everything but vanilla (I usually get unflavored). I've got 22 pounds to choke through then I'm going to find a different supplier for protein. Goes Well With:the drain

Something changed. From amazing to sand
2I purchased 22lbs of this exact same product one year ago. It was amazing. Tasted great. Didn't make me sick. Now, I just purchased another 22lbs and I don't know what happened. Like other customers said, it became sandy with some powder that's insoluble and makes me feel sick. Very disappointing. Don't know if MyProtein is trying to cut costs by adding this weird powder but it really doesn't sit well. Won't be purchasing it again unless this gets fixed.

Better than expected
5I was told the gainer didn't taste good and that I should return it. It was cheap enough for me to not care so I kept it and tried it. To my surprise it was quite good but I can see why not everyone would like it. The oat flour makes the consistency a bit textured and less smooth. The flavor profile is a bit less sweet which can't really improve with less liquid to powder ratio since the thickening effect of the oat flour. Mixes fine in a blender bottle but the serving size require a LARGE bottle to mix. With a serving size of 700ml liquid to 3 and 1/3 scoop powder I picked up a 32oz bottle which was not big enough. I adjusted the ratio to 630ml to 3 scoops. Also there's only 50 servings in an 11lb bag. Effectiveness is good so far. Extra carbs in my diet has given me tons of extra energy throughout my workouts. Goes Well With:Milk

Great in Shakes
4I make a weight gainer protein shake 4 days a week that I drink during my workout on my lift days. It’s definutely a thick protein powder, but making a protein shake with almond milk, ice, & honey helps the chocolate smooth out. Happy with the fill & results for the price. Goes Well With:Almond milk, ice, & honey

Good Gainer
5I see a lot of the negative reviews say that it is gritty and doesn't mix well, and while I tend to agree, I see it as a positive. I do feel it mixes fine, but it is certainly gritty. The grittyness is due to ground oats used as a filler, as opposed to maltodextrin like other gainers. I ordered the Hard Gainer from here as well, and I like it much less than the Impact Gainer. The Hard Gainer contains maltodextrin and no ground oats, so it is very smooth and mixes well. I miss the grittyness and real food quality that I get from the ground oats in the Impact Gainer. I took one sip of my Hard Gainer shake and logged right in to Order Impact Gainer. Plus the Impact Gainer many more calories per serving compared to the Hard Gainer. Goes Well With:Milk
