flavor is awful, mix is grainy, tingling is insane.  i am rubbing my forehead all workout and it doesn't go away after working out either.  I have used others and the boost or stamina is noticeable. I cannot say the same with this one.  I am not a caffeine guy or other stuff in my preworkout, just want to keep going, not get all hyped.. i kind of ease into my workouts with high in the end of round one and want it to last deep into round two, where I am hanging on to finish my sets.   this one doesn't aid in that as much as others I have tried. 

Taste is AWFUL an gives absolutely zero positive effects, gave me a pounding headache the two times I used it. Reached out to customer service an was told too bad thanks for the $$

Tastes great although not very sweet, its a very light flavour which is a plus in my opinion, but don’t expect the usual overly sweet pre flavour.  Ingredients are effective and well dosed, the only thing is that the high dose of beta-alanine makes it hard to stack with their pre (causes that tingly feeling). I add a half scoop of this to mine but i am used to high doses of beta-alanine, most wont like it. Stick with one or the other, they are already well dosed.

Gatorade powder for extra carbs and electrolytes.

The orange mango had a good taste with a little after taste. It also gave me great pumps. Great stim free preworkout.

The itchiness is beta alanine ya rookies. It helps with lactic acid buildup which helps you push longer. It gets better the longer you take it. Work your way up. This pre is magnificent, it's only missing agmatine. This is stim free so no you won't get a boost. It's meant to be taken with a stim pre or if you just need a break from stimulants.

I don't even remember who was hyping this product, but it was Black Friday and the deal sounded too good to pass up. I got the pink grapefruit flavor and was very pleasantly surprised. I'm very sensitive to caffeine, and was even more pleasantly surprised that I didn't have any adverse reaction on that account. It took about four servings but by the fourth time I definitely noticed a BIG improvement in my energy and stamina level. I continue to see satisfying progress and think it's in no small part due to this supplement. I admittedly only use a half spoonful, but it really works even at that strength.

I approve of this product. It works effectively and doesn't give me the negative side effects. Would recommend it

The grapefruit flavor is really good and it gives a lot of energy. Gives a little bit of an itchy feeling but so does any other pre workout.

This stuff exceeds what it says in the name one of my favorite pump products in my arsenal paired with a good high stim pre and this makes those veins pop....also feel with all the extra blood flow from the vaso6 I feel solid all day and recover a lot faster.

I love MP but the orange mango flavor tastes like air freshener it’s has a strong chemical taste I couldn’t stomach it any way that I tried it. Don’t bother reaching out to customer service because they won’t do anything for you.
