Great taste and effective
5I’ve been through about half a container and i still love the taste every time i try it. Also, it’s incredibly effective and helped me to push myself harder and give me even more energy which not many preworkouts can do. It also goves me a huge pump pretty fast within a few minutes of when i start workout out. Thank you for making this flavor! Recommended Goes Well With:Water

Mike n Ike strawberry pre workout
3Tastes like strawberry flavored cough medicine. Mixes okay. Ingredients are effective. If the taste was better would give a better rating

Strawberry Sucks!
2This pre did not mix enough at all. It didn’t matter how long I shook for, how I was shaking, if I mixed it by hand, there was so much that wouldn’t dissolve. The top of my Pre had floating bits and chunks that couldn’t absorb into the water. Just bad. The taste is awful too, would not recommend this.Goes Well With:nothing

Mike and Ike Watermelon
5I really enjoy the watermelon flavor and it mixes well with water. It’s similar to the clear whey protein in the fact that it foams up after shaking so you do have to wait a little bit before drinking. I don’t always take pre-workout but I do notice the itchy feeling if I drink it fairly quickly, however if I drink it through my workout I don’t usually get the feeling. Goes Well With:Water

5Mike and Ike flavor? Say less, I purchased this bigger one instead of the samples since i love mike and ikes, and boy this didnt disappoint. Pump was insane, and a joy to drink as I kept working out. 9/10
