Chocolate smooth, the best!
5This is one of the best-tasting proteins I had. Because it is Casein, it has an issue with mixing. But overall taste and results are best. I would definitely recommend this brand.

5Never bought Casein before because I’d always down a shake before bed instead. This stuff feels a lot easier on your stomach than a full-blown shake and you don’t wake up feeling as hungry. Strawberry Cream is spot on for a dessert like flavor before bed. Goes Well With:Whole Milk

5Amazing benefits drinking this before bed time. Definetly have noticed a difference in recovery compared to having whey before my sleep. I do tend to use this for baking as well. The easiest way to make pudding like consistancy is to add this to your yogurt. Very nice and thick with great flavours. Get the best price available and use this refffferrraalllllllll codddeeeeeee 'BFRIDAY dash R3' for extra discounts. Replace the word 'dash' with it's numeric sign i.e -. Stay hungry and smash your goals!

5A lot of recipes call for a whey casein mix. I mix this with some whey and it turns out great.Goes Well With:Cheatdaydesign's edible brownie batter, and cookie dough (inside the recipe)

5I have started to use this when i bake low-calorie high protein ('anabolic') foods and it works wonders. Makes the baked good so great compared to just using whey. Even saves me $ when i need to use a blended casein/whey option. I just mix 50/50 with Whey and recipes end up great.

5I was brand loyal to another brand for years but was unhappy with the results, looked for a while and the Strawberry Cream tastes so much better than the past Casein I've had. The Strawberry Cream tastes just right, not overwhelming! It can get thick depending on how many scoops you use. It kept me full throughout the night and didn't wake up starving like I used to.Goes Well With:I've personally been using unsweetened almond milk and it goes great with it.

5This protein has completely changed the way I eat. Slow digesting and great for baking. Get to end my nights with something sweet!Goes Well With:30g powder with 80ml egg whites OR 40ml egg whites + 40ml almond milk OR 1 egg + egg whites to 80ml OR 80ml almond milk. Throw in some baking powder or sugar free pudding/jello mix for an even better time!

5Such an awesome flavor, thickness, and slow digesting. Exactly what I need for preventing blood sugar crashes. I just wish there were more flavors to choose from. Chocolate and Vanilla are absolutely clutch here.
