Makes 4 servings: In a medium bowl, mix 1 scoop of Myprotein Gelatin Mix with 2 tablespoons of water. Allow gelatin to bloom for 3-5 minutes. Add 2 cups (16fl oz) of boiling water to the bowl. Mix until all powder is dissolved. Pour into 4 oz cups and refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
