Rocky Road - Whey Isolate
3Taste- Not recommended at all, it has this weird metallic after-taste. I thought after a couple weeks I could get used to the taste but its still there. Mixability- Excellent, mixes really well. Effectiveness - Excellent, my muscle recovery is great Overall- If you're not particular about the taste or if you might just have a different taste buds from me, then I suggest go for it.Goes Well With:Milk or Water

5Great carb supplant. I am a big fan of this maltodextrine. I take it post workout and I have found it to be easy to digest while mixing very well. It also mixes great with the Impact Whey Protein. Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein

Post recovery
5I have been working with a variety of brands in terms of post work carbs and this one is the best bang for your money. The delivery only took a few days to philly.Goes Well With:I take my carbs first and seperate from my protein post workout. I mix it with Amino Thrust from Labrada and it mixes and taste great together.

Convenient way to reach your carb goals
5Very easy to get your carbs with this. Easy to fit into any meal and quickly makes your muscles feel fuller. I would recommend to anyone trying to bulk or anyone that has a hard time making food on the go. Works for pre, intra or post workout. Taken pre, it makes you feel much more energized, as it is carbs, and after it stops you from feeling tired. Great product. Goes Well With:Mixes well in a protien shaker and tastes well with protien. However i would mix the malto first and then after the protien.

Close as you'll get to Vitargo
5Quick and easy calories/carbs. I can def feel a boost of energy when I take it intra and post workout. This is as close as you'll get to Vitargo. Mixes pretty good too

Dont believe delivery estimates
1DONT BELIEVE DELIVER ESTIMATE TIMES!!! IT HAS ALREADY TAKEN 3 TIMES LONGER THEN SITE ESTIMATE AND STILL NO PACKAGE. A BUNCH OF LIARS THERE. I LIVE 1 HOURS FROM THEIR DISTRIBUTION CENTER THERE IS NO EXCUSES. IF YOU NEED WITHIN 2 WEEKS SHOP ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

5The best calorie intake additive, much better buy than the oats etc. Dissolves well and mixes with weight gainers or protein equally well Goes Well With:Impact weight gainer, impact whey protein

Great for Mass
5This stuff really helps you put some weight on your bones if you're having a hard time eating enough. I have tried both WMS and Maltodextrin and must say the Malto is not only cheaper for more but tastes much better in a protein shake. Stick with this stuff. Goes Well With:Whey Isolate, Banana, Peanut Butter
