Hard to say....
Just started with this supplement. Hard ton say yet if it's actually working. It can be a very big pill to swallow. Sometimes, it starts to dissolve before I'm ready to swallow. I'm told, you cannot take L-carnitine together, as they "fight" for the same receptors.

Works & Cost Effective
L Carnitine is one of the best supplements, that's natural and increasingly helps the body to burn fat! At this price point you cannot go wrong especially when on sale! I had previously purchased 2 bottles before and they greatly assisted with my cut. They DO work! You have to incorporate a sensible eating plan, as well as a workout plan to see the results! This is not a magic pill and I do not believe in fat burners. It simply provides body with more carnitine, which promotes fat oxidization (enables the body to use stored fat as main source of fuel). I combined this supplement with intermittent fasting, an eating plan that's keto based or low carb, eliminated sugars and simple carbs, and engaged in resistance training every day. This method and approach gave me rapid results in as little as 2 months. I went from 25% bf down to 16%. Would recommend if supplemented the right way!

Not sure if I need it
I'm not sure what kind of effect to expect from this product, and don't really know if it has any impact. I normally take one pill on training days before the training session, and I forget it sometimes, and I haven't really seen any impact to my training results based on this.
