Great for meal replacement
5This product has been a great meal replacement supplement. I have been taking a shake every morning, I am exercising regularly and have started to feel some results. The mixability of this powder is not as great as I would like, but the taste and feeling of fullness that it leaves make up for that.

5This is my favorite protein yet! In my opinion, the diet protein tastes even better than the regular whey! :o I got the strawberry shortcake flavor and it's delicious. I believe the subtle added flavor I am tasting is from the oats, which some people are complaining about but I actually love it! As for keeping hunger at bay, it works really well! Usually protein shakes make me very full, but then I'm hungry again in an hour. I do intermittent fasting, and about 4 hours after waking, when I can't take the hunger anymore, I'll have this mixed with fat free milk and it holds me over for another 2-3 hours. :) I just ordered two more bags. 5I have the cookies and cream flavor and it is really good. I bought this during a special and decided to try it out. I actually like how its a huge bag and the taste is very good.Goes Well With:almond milk

5The Chocolate flavor is awesome. I enjoy the taste as much as any whey I've ever tried, save one. I have not run into some of the clumping issues others have reported. I mix it with milk in a shaker cup and rarely run into any clumps. The psyllium husk does tend to settle at the bottom of a shake if sitting for a few minutes. This is shocking at first, but easy to get used to. Have bought multiple bags, and got my girlfriend on the vanilla cookie, which she mixes with milk and fruit and says is amazing also.Goes Well With:Milk

not loving the oats
4I received the chocolate mint, and was excited to try it, I used a blender to mix with skim milk and it mixed well and didnt notice the oats till I got to work to drink it. I shook it in the mixer bottle and was a bit taken back at the taste I thought that I hadnt mixed it right. I managed to finish and could see the oats in the bottom of the bottle. I immediately went and bought a tiny strainer and strain it after I blend it in the mixer and also add a tiny bit of dark chocolate cocoa powder and now it is great. I probably will buy the unflavored next time and just add the cocoa. Overall it has a good taste similar to thin mint cookies. Goes Well With:skim milk

Its Alright
3Tried this for the first time - overall its ok. I tried the Double Chocolate and its just not very double chocolate to be honest. its a different type of chocolate flavor. It does give you a chalky taste at the end. it doesn't mix well on a shaker so you have to blend it. I use this almost every morning. Monday through Saturday and it does fill me up for about 4-5 hours. I've lost a total of 5 lbs. in 3 weeks. I use this and also Impact Whey Isolate. I workout 4-5 times a week for about 45-50 minutes so it is pretty effective. Goes Well With:you must add banana and Peanut butter to get ride of that weird chocolate taste.

good protein
4bought this protein because it was on special. decided to give it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. chocolate mint flavor is very good. the outs make a bit less mixable but it is not an issue really. for the price this was a great buyGoes Well With:almond milk and frozen bananas
