Rancid
1Within one second of opening the container it’s clear that these pills are rancid by the smell. Good omega 3 should have no fish smell at all.Goes Well With:Nothing

5Love this stuff! I know it sounds crazy but you can taste fish when you burp after taking this which is a sign of high quality from what I understand.

Insufficient EPA/DHA
2The Daily effective intake of omega3 is still controversial but the general recommendation is >1000mg/day (EPA+DHA). For memory, lowering cholesterol enhancing mood, you want to target an even higher dose of >2000mg/day. For arthritic illness, doses that are higher than 3000mg/day may be required. With this formulation, you would have to take so many capsules to reach this minimal effective intake. In my honest opinion, Costco Omega3 would be a much better choice here which has 600mg EPA, 300mg DHA per capsule.

5While I can’t speak to the effectiveness or mix-ability, it priced right. The product is at least as good as a brand you might get at Natural Grocers or Whole Foods. Goes Well With:I don’t mix the product.
