5i will be 50 in august and feel and look great i am six foot tall and weigh 190 and can hit 285 on the flat bench this stuff is great and i also use the strawberry flavor weight gainer great products for all to use.

Big Pills
4Picked up some of the Creatine Monohydrate pills because I get lazy sometimes scooping the powder into my mouth. With the pills I can just take them through out the day. Only down side is that the pills are pretty big so if you don't like taking pills I would not recommend. Goes Well With:Water

So much Creatine content
5I personally prefer tablet over powder because it is just a lot easier to consume than shaker. These tablets has a much higher Creatine content than other brand out there, def a must buyGoes Well With:water
