Creatine Ethyl Ester is a highly available form of creatine attached to an ester salt to enhance the uptake of creatine into the muscle and reduced water retention compared to creatine monohydrate.
Supplementing Creatine Ethyl Ester over time will significantly increase the concentration of creatine in skeletal muscle where it is stored as creatine phosphate (PCr) and then releases the phosphate to fuel anaerobic activity where ATP uses the phosphate to power certain cellular and metabolic functions. The ATP is broken down to ADP where it loses a phosphate molecule to fuel the activity. Creatine phosphate helps to restore ATP by donating phosphate to ADP to reform ATP. This is how and why creatine has been shown to boost performance, strength and power in numerous studies.
This is particularly beneficial for short-term, high intensity exercise such as sprinting, weight lifting of cycling. For best results, it is recommended to take 3-5g of Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl either before or after a workout to increase muscle PCr stores.

Yes, as other reviewers have noted, the taste is terrible. The way I have found that works best is to just dissolve it in a small amount of water. It dissolves extremely fast and easily. Then just drink it in a quick "shot", which I typically chase with some flavorful pre-workout. Mixing with anything is a bad idea--it just spreads out the very bad taste that will not be diluted. I definitely do not look forward to drinking this, and will find a different brand when I run out. Effective, but really hard to get it down.Goes Well With:Nothing.
Seems to work just fine. The taste??? Nasty! This is supposed to be unflavored. I've gotten to the point where I can take pretty much any taste when it comes to supplements but, this is bad...like chemical bad!
Just got this yesterday so obviously can't comment on the effectiveness but taste is awful. Very bitter and doesn't mix well. Goes Well With:nothing
This product was absorbed faster tan other creatines, i bought the unflavored versión, I don´t recommend you buy it like this because is kind of bitter. However it´s am excellent product that will help you with every workout.Goes Well With:wáter. BCAAS, Beta alanine, citruline malate
Good product which does the job. Not sure why other people are complaining about the taste, just mix in with your shake and you can't taste a thingGoes Well With:protein shake
Worst taste ive ever tasted. Period. One time I got chorine in my mouth while cleaning my pool. This is just as painfulGoes Well With:Garbage can
This stuff is impossible to drink. The chemically flavor even ruins orange juice, protein shakes, anything. I had to try and mix it in a shot glass and shoot it real fast, but even at that I just threw the stuff out it was so bad. On top of this, there have been no studies shown that Creatine HCl os beneficial in any way shape or form. There have been studies showing that it actually breaks down into MORE Creatinine in your stomach than regular Creatine monohydrate. Creatinine is very harsh on your liver. Just buy their creatine monohydrate from here, tasteless and mixes great with everything. 0 stars Goes Well With:Nothing
I mix this with my protein which helps with the taste, but that is to be expected. Bottom line...it works, there is no loading needed and you can take it anytime during the day. Works for me.Goes Well With:Protein drink
