Very bad taste
2I'm usually not picky with the taste of my protein... but this one was extremely disappointing. I've tried mixing it with other things and nothing truly masks the taste. It does mix very well. Goes Well With:Haven't found anything yet.

5Great just happens to be very chalky other then that it does it’s job perfectly.Goes Well With:Milk, strawberries, I ordered the vanilla flavor so I recommend strawberries with vanilla also blueberries aswell

Solid Taste Gets the Job Done
5After trying the unflavored pea protein it was time to try a flavored protein powder, so the review will be in comparison to that. Since the pea protein contained soy, I went with the chocolate rice protein. Mixability is really good, better than the pea protein. I use a fork to mix it. Flavour is a tad grainy, but it's more of an observation than a negative. The "grainy" flavor is akin to a chocolate fudge popsicle stick. That's the best way to convey the overall experience. The taste itself is good. Will buy this from now on. I'm interested if MyProtien will improve their vegan formulas. Vegan powder is inherently not as bioavailable, but recently new forms have been created that are more bioavailable.

Good protein. Will buy again
4Overall this is a great protein! There’s no weird aftertaste and it blends well into my protein smoothies! I love how low the sodium content is and the clean ingredients. It doesn’t have much taste (I bought vanilla stevia) so I sweeten it with flavor drops. But I have tried it alone with soy milk and it’s not bad. I haven’t tried any other flavors so I don’t know how it compares, but I highly recommend this protein!Goes Well With:Cocoa powder, frozen fruit, flavor drops

Really enjoy this protein, but..
4I'm not a vegan, but have been moving away from less animal products. I thought I would give this Brown Rice protein a try and have been pretty much satisfied with the overall product. Yes, it's slightly grainy but I was already expecting it to be since it's plant based. I'm not sure why other reviews say it doesn't mix well, that's far from the truth. They must have been using a spoon or something. In a shaker bottle with some almond milk it mixes up pretty much instantly. My only problem is with the nutrition info on the app, that must be for the unflavored. I ordered the chocolate, which has a nice, not overly sweet taste. But, I was not expecting the increase in sodium. 125mg per serving is not extreme, but not the 5mg that the unflavored has. I'll just order the unflavored next time and add some instant coffee for some subtle flavoring. I don't need my protein to taste like cake or a donut to consume. Goes Well With:Water or Almond Milk is what I use.

5The unflavored protein powder is as expected. It doesn’t mix/dissolve well. The taste on the other hand was BETTER than expected! Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and will purchase more! Myprotein has been clutch whenever I need their products!Goes Well With:Powdered peanut butter

Avoid if possible
2This protein's solvability is extremely low. It does not mix well no matter how long you mix it for. It is super grainy as well and very powdery so when you scoop it out the bag it spills everywhere which leaves you with more mess. The taste also gives an artificial feeling that does not leave you wanting more. The only reason why I got it was because it is dairy-free. I will most definitely look into other vegan protein after I am done with this bag. I won't recommend this to anyone.

Get the chocolate
4The unflavored was terrible even when you mix it with banana or berries because it leave this weird after taste.... But the Chocolate Flavor was great, mix well, no bad after taste, mild sweet and easy on the stomach =D

Disgusting and grainy
1The unflavored brown rice protein powder is honestly one of the most disgusting things I've ever had. I have issues with whey because it causes stomach upset, but I had issues with this one as well. Almost immediately after I drank it I had to run to the restroom. It also does not mix well AT ALL. I mixed it up with my blender bottle for quite awhile before I drank it because it didn't look like it was mixing. When I had finally had enough of the shaking, I just drank it and it was awful. I bought it thinking that there's no way it could taste worse than pea protein but it really was just as bad.Goes Well With:NOTHING
