Here’s your essential amino acid supplement, containing an optimal 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which help deliver improved muscle building after any workout.
These can’t be produced by your body so they must come from your diet, and that’s where we come in.
Ranked ‘Grade A’ by independent tester Labdoor for both quality and value, BCAA is officially certified as one of the best branched-chain amino acids supplements on the market.
They’re your essential amino acids, which are the building blocks for new protein, helping to deliver improved muscle building. This is so important for any fitness goal, whatever your aim – so grab this ‘must-have’ whether bulking, getting lean, or simply toning up.
BCAAs have also been found to increase time to exhaustion in prolonged endurance exercise, which means that you can go for longer on those cardio days.
We recommend taking 5g 2-4 times a day for best results – enjoying one of our range of fruity flavors, or simply adding to your favorite shake.
These amino acids can be taken throughout the day, or before, during and after exercise.
Impact Whey Protein – created with premium, grass-fed whey, it’s packed with an impressive 21g of protein per serving, delivering the protein you need from a high-quality source.
Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 5g, shake and consume. Use 2-4 times daily for optimal results.
Note: We advise that all servings are measured using an accurate set of scales. While we make every attempt to provide an accurate equivalent measure using our Myprotein scoops, these are only approximate and are not a substitute for using a standardised measuring device.

This product is seriously awesome! Taste, mix, everything is great! Helps with recovery and gives you a boost during your workouts! Goes Well With:Water!
I am one of the official reviewer of myprotein products from the product quality inspection department. This product stands strong on every aspect of testing. Mixes really easily, has been very effective in building lean muscle mass and comes in a lot of delicious flavours. Check labdoor ratings for more satisfaction. And hey don't forget to use my referral code for a flat 25% lifetime. Check myprotein official seal below for authentication of the code. Don't be fooled by fake codes with no seal. They are all fake. I hope it helps. Thank you. :) Goes Well With:Water
I've been using MyProtein BCAAs for over a year now and I've been very happy with the product line, until they removed my favorite flavor, Tropical. I've been forced to try other flavors, namely Watermelon which was absolutely horrible, and Lemon Lime which is only slightly less unpleasant taste-wise. Neither mixes well either which is quite a disappointment. I love MyProtein because they're inexpensive and are rated highly on Labdoor, but the taste has REALLY gone down hill. After my bag runs out, I will definitely be switching to a different company.Goes Well With:Water
This BCAA in Watermelon is great..completely dissolves into water within minutes, tastes good and helps me during my workouts. Highly recommend mixing with water and 8 oz coconut water and drinking during workout.
I was a little skeptical on whether to get the BCAA or not but I noticed that it was one of the most popular purchased items from the website so I went ahead and purchased one bag. The flavor is ok since it doesn't have an outstanding flavor, is the not the best but is not the worse either. Flavor wise I would give it a 3.5 out 5 stars. It does get the job done because I like to take BCAAs while working out. Haven't tried other flavors but maybe I will give them a shot and see how we go from there.Goes Well With:Water
I love the watermelon flavor that I got! 😍 I mix it with my preworkout stuff that I am experimenting with. Goes Well With:I mix it with creatine, taurine, and ionix supreme, sometimes CLA or HMB depending on the workout. Only bummer is that they don't disolve, but that doesn't matter..they work!
Ordered a pouch of Blue Raspberry and Watermelon BCAAs after trying out a tropical blast flavor (7 out of 10 for that one). Got the package, opened the bag, decided to try the Blue Raspberry type right of the bat. The initial sip evolved a reaction I last experienced when I tried ice cream for the first time (many winters ago), my pupils dilated, goose bumps started popping up and I felt a roller coaster of happiness and excitement compared to that of enjoying your favorite fruity candy (don't worry, I won't admit I love candy either). After the initial blizzard of excitement, I couldn't put down the 1/2 gallon hydrator (about 1.6 liters) and kept drinking this blue raspberry goodness. I felt glued to the fluid and thought I am being tested for a drug addiction of some sort. I finished my 1/2 gallon hydrator in about 2-3 minutes of pure energizing excitement from what I thought was the best flavor I ever drank. Seeing my bottle empty, I just knew I needed another "dose". I sneaked up to the pouch once again, guilt kicked in, but at least I licked the leftover powder from my fingers for some additional joy. In the matter of 5 minutes, I put on solid 2-3 pounds of water weight, my 4-pack disappeared behind a curtain of Blue Raspberry fluid layer and I spent the rest of the evening interrupting my Netflix show every 10 minutes to use a restroom. I am now budgeting monthly "Raspberry" allowance instead of buying extra chicken on sale and asking myself why did I discover the flavor this late? Regrets? None whatsoever. Best of all, these BCAAs actually help me with recovery, muscle fatigue, and quad sores from all that running to the bathroom all day long. This candy-like flavor packing no calories and just goodness is my new go-to in terms of BCAAs. Even as I am writing the review, my hydrator filled with Blue Raspberry is asking me to take a sip. Happy BCAAing. Goes Well With:More Blue Raspberry flavor, or actual Blue Raspberries (hope it's a thing), water, Vitamin C
Just tried this product since it was in sale. It looks great and such but tasting it by itself is pretty gross. Taste kind of like bubble gum when it's suppose to taste like blue raspberries. I don't recommend getting this one unless you want to mix it with other flavored drinks.Goes Well With:Mixing with my other BCAAs and some Gatorade powder allows the taste to be managable.
I noticed a pretty good recovery after using this. Soreness had a decreased time. I thought it tasted as good as it could with using aspartame and not sugar which I thought was a good alternative since I didn't want the calories. Overall I really liked this product!Goes Well With:Water
The flavor raspberry lemonade was terrible and the only way I can use it is to make a smoothie with mixed berries. I cannot mix and take it with water.
Unflavored has no taste, easy to mix. Great way to up your BCAA intake in any liquid, or mixing with another supplement.
does a great job. best for intra-workout
Does the job right. Taste is suspect but still good
Easily mixed, great taste, and good price.
I love my protein products and the flavor of their products except for the lemon lime. It has a strange after taste. Besides that the product itself is good quality.
The BCAAs are a great product that I drink during my workout. They keep your muscles less fatigued, help you workout longer without getting tired, and aid in the muscle recovery process as well. A great product, definitely recommended to everyone.Goes Well With:Water
While I love the taste of MyProtein's various protein powders, I find the flavors on products like Creatine hit and miss at best (green apple is awful, berry blast -- which I don't see anymore -- was actually tolerable). So, I thought I'd give watermelon a shot in the BCAAs-- and let me tell you, that was a bad idea. This stuff tastes *nothing* like watermelon. To quote Ralph Wiggum, it tastes like burning. I'm not sure who taste-tested this stuff at MyProtein and concluded "why yes, this is a reasonable facsimile of the flavor of watermelon", but clearly that person has a tongue with no functioning tastebuds or is an alien whose only experience with what watermelon tastes like was licking a 15-year-old watermelon scratch-n-sniff sticker peeled off the bottom of a farmer's boot after he walked through several cow-pies on the back 40. If failure had a flavor, this is what it would taste like. Like an idiot, I ordered 1.1lbs of this stuff, which even my dog -- who thinks an evening of fine dining is eating coffee filters out of the trash can in my kitchen -- will not touch. Oh, and if you were wondering, the watermelon creatine (which I ordered 2.2lbs of...) is equally awful. Goes Well With:Despair.
BCAA is pretty essential when cutting. But wow. This taste so bitter. Leucine taste so bad. I thought I could mask it with flavored products but it's still to strong. Get something flavored. Not worth it to get this.
I got the watermelon and it seems to be milder than the rest of the flavors, compared to the other reviews. It's very strong and tastes artificial, but not bad. It is quite hard to mix but I just shake it in a mason jar. I haven't noticed a performance difference.Goes Well With:Water
I know when I run out because I really suffer during my workouts.
