Our Night-Time Probiotic helps to restore the "good" bacteria that reside in the gut and assist in normal digestive functions. That’s super important as a healthy gut microbiome can help support our normal immune system function and our body absorb nutrients.

Alongside the 32 Billion CFU of various strains of bacteria, we’ve added 1000mg of inulin, a prebiotic fiber, consumed by the good bacteria in your gut.

But what makes our Night-Time Probiotic so unique, is the fact we’ve added a botanical blend for sleep support. We know getting a good night’s sleep is vital, so we’ve 500mg Valerian root and 200mg of L-Theanine to help promote relaxation, thanks to its effectiveness on gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) — the main sedative neurotransmitter in our body.
