Chest

Keeping the tape measure level, measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist

Keeping the tape measure level, measure around your natural waistline, usually just above the navel.

Upper Hips

Keeping the tape measure level and standing with feet together, measure around your hip bone.
