For best results, we recommend adding 1 large scoop of this fast-absorbing blend (30g) to water or milk 30-60 minutes post-workout. Alternatively, enjoy at any time for a convenient protein boost without the hassle of meal prep.
What does THE Whey™ work well with?
THE Whey™ is an ideal way of staying topped up on premium whey protein, but to achieve your fitness ambitions you also need plenty of carbohydrates to support post-workout recovery.2 We recommend that you try our 100% Dextrose Glucose Carbs to keep your training on track.

Okay Cookies and Cream
It wasn't my favorite flavor, it has chunks to make it that 'cookie' flavor, but I was expecting more of a cookies and cream ice cream flavor and that just didn't happen. Goes Well With:milk

Tasted a lot better than other company’s protein, what’s a little clumpy on liquids but it’s protean it’s gonna obviously gonna clump up, good sample size, overall I’d recommend Goes Well With:Milk, water, shake
