Was looking for a comprehensive protein to take largely as meal substitute while dieting. The blend is perfect for that really. Choc smooth my choice as ever and doesn't disappoint. Takes a bit of mixing, but I've been taking with milk to keep me full. Really happy with this product. Good value for money too.
