Decent Non-Stim Option
I work out in the evenings frequently so it's nice having a pre-workout that doesn't have tons of caffeine. Overall it's pretty good and powers me through heavy lifting. However, I was disappointed that this doesn't contain any creatine -- it's not clear why that's missing when compared to other pre-workouts. Someone described the flavor as "liquified Flintstones vitamins" which is pretty accurate; not great but not terrible either. Once I'm finished with the bottle I'll probably choose something else though, as it's annoying having to buy creatine separately to mix in.

Tastes absolutely horrible but ingredient profile is good. Good pump and performance enhancement. Just bad taste. If you're willing to put up with the taste for this product then its alright. 1/10 type taste.Goes Well With:A strong resistance to bad taste.

It doesn’t Taste isn’t very good. mixes very well but has some ingredients like artificial dyes and a ton of artificial sweeteners in it.

If you are willing to drink crushed-up flintstone vitamins for a pump this is the product for you. The pump was 10/10 but the taste was 1/10 (orange-mango). I mean it was repulsive. I have about half of this product left and I ordered it months ago. I have to dry scoop it (it still tastes like garbage) because I can't get through a water bottle mixed with it.

Great product. Non stimulant pre workout. Opens up those blood vessels. Increased vascularity. I'm able to eek out a few more reps and a few more sets due to this miraculous concoction. Recommend it!Goes Well With:EAAs, Creatine

All around, this is a great pre-workout that makes me workout stronger for longer. The orange mango flavor is mediocre at best when used with water, but mixing it with orange juice makes it taste great. Mixing it with some caffeine makes it even better.Goes Well With:Orange juice and caffeine

Not the best tasting, and stings my lips a bit (probably the pepper extract). If you're looking for something that tastes great, I'd suggest trying a different brand, With that said, this is a very effective non-stim pre. Effects are noticeable almost instantly. It's quite high in Beta-Alanine which gives a very heavy itching sensation (at least to me personally). Some people enjoy the feeling, I don't really mind it. Just something to be aware of. Pumps are good and I feel energized for a full 90 minute lift.Goes Well With:Water

mixes very well, not grain at all. provides a great pump that lasts a while. just enough B-AL that it doesnt make you itchy all over.

The taste is pretty good although it has a slight chemical aftertaste, it mixes very well but bubbles quite alot so you can't really drink all of it until the bubbles liquify again. I tried it with iced unsweetened green tea thinking it would taste terrible but I wanted some caffeine and it actually tasted amazing.Goes Well With:Water or green tea (strange I know)
