How did you get into fitness?
Growing up, I was never destined to achieve great fitness. I wasn’t blessed with good genetics at all, for a matter of fact… I was “cursed” (or so I thought this was a curse at the time, this curse ended up being my biggest blessing) I was cursed with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 4 years old along with Celiac Disease for over 12 years now. I thought that there was no way that I could achieve a ripped, lean, strong and muscular physique with my diseases. As a late teen, I had enough of all the self-doubt, depressed and unconfident feeling I had every day with my body and fitness. I made it my priority to learn everything about fitness and I studied the most optimal and scientifically approached way to get the best results possible and I became addicted to seeing the massive improvements in not only my physique, but my mental state, confidence and positive impact it had on my lifestyle. Excelling with my fitness goals allowed me to find my purpose and passion, which was to dedicate my life to teaching the world on exactly how you can train and diet to make the same or even better fitness transformation as I have done myself and most importantly, show others that my goal isn’t just to help you lose weight and build the muscle you’ve always wanted, however strive to motivate and inspire people to conquer their lives and be fully in control of their own fitness, no matter what circumstance or condition they’re in.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by keeping my routines, plans and regimens extremely simple and progressive while also continuing to set new fitness goals. Once you’ve got it figured out, seeing yourself constantly improving with the right routine is something that’s impossible to fall off from and lose motivation in continuing.

Nick Jonas since he’s a Type 1 Diabetic as well and I think it’s amazing to see how far he’s gone despite living with the struggles of Type 1 Diabetes.
