Nitrosigine | The Best Pre-Workout Supplement?

What Is Nitrosigine?

Nitrosigine is an ingredient found in workout supplements, geared to get you the pumped-up results you strive for during each session.

While that may be music to your ears, leading you to go stock up and search the shelves for a lifetime supply, we would always advise that before you put anything into that temple that is your body that you find out exactly what it is and whether it’s the right thing for you and your needs.

Nitrosigine can be stacked with a number of other nitric oxide boosting ingredients such as citrulline and agmatine but is most commonly found in pre-workout blends.

The more complicated blurb says that Nitrosigine is a patented complex of bonded arginine silicate. The bit that you want to hear is that it’s safe to use with other supplements, with food or health shakes, and is considered by many to be an ultimate pre-workout supplement.

Nitrosigine is developed with bodybuilders in mind helping your body to boost nitric oxide your blood flow during training. It’s strictly recommended for adult use only, there are no recorded adverse side effects and it can be used on a daily basis with the results developing over time.

What Are The Benefits Of Nitrosigine?

Now concentrate, because this is the scientific bit. A dose of Nitrosigine can enhance your arginine levels within 30 minutes and remains effective for up to six whole hours.

According to animal-tested studies, Nitrosigine can significantly increase your silicon blood levels in comparison to your usual intake from food sources. Silicon is good for you as it strengthens your arterial walls but isn’t as easily absorbed via your regular diet. Nitrosigine has been proven to increase silicon absorption.

Further to this it significantly increases your nitric oxide levels (NO). Why would increasing NO levels be beneficial? This can help to stimulate additional blood flow to your hard-working muscles.

Nitrosigine has been found to increase arginine levels in your body as 30 minutes after taking it. Because of that, it is recommended that you use it half an hour to an hour before training when using it as a pre-workout supplement. As with other ingredients in such blends, you may want to analyse which it is that you are benefiting from. For example, some pre-workout blends contain high glucose, creatine and caffeine, all of which may be giving you that healthy, legal drive that you’re looking for. Because of this, it’s recommended that you take from natural sources what you can. Because Nitrosigine is more effective in increasing silicon blood levels (compared to dietary sources) you may want to find a way to take it in a way that doesn’t, for example, up your caffeine levels if you don’t feel that you need it.

It’s not just about athletes and sports though, when used on a daily basis when you are not training it can boost your arginine levels. L-arginine is a nonessential amino acid that can take an important role in your treatment of heart disease given its links to improved cardiovascular health due to its support of critical blood protein levels.
