S’mores Cheesecake Cups

Get ready for all those Memorial Day picnics with S’mores Cheesecake. Single serve cups make these perfect for sharing!


For Cake:

✓ 1 scoop of Thewhey – Vanilla Ice Cream flavor

✓ 1 package FF cream cheese (8oz 227g)

✓ 1 egg

✓ 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt (4oz 112g)

✓ 1 t vanilla extract

Sweetener to taste 4 packets

✓ 2 T mini chocolate chips (28g)

For Crust:

✓ 1/2 cup original Fiber One cereal (2oz 60g)

✓ 4 T FF cream cheese (2oz 56g)

✓ 2 sweetener packets

*This recipe will make 9 cup cakes

 1. Beat cream cheese and egg with electric mixer

 2. Add yogurt and vanilla and continue to beat

 3. Add protein powder and sweetener and beat on low til smooth

 4. Stir in chocolate chips

 5. Press crust into bottom of muffin pan (recommend using silicon liners)

 6. Top with cream cheese filling

 7. Bake at 325 F for 25 minutes

 8. Let cool

 9. Refrigerate for at 2 hours

 10. Top with mini marshmallows for the ultimate s’mores cheesecake cup!
