Healthy Snacks | Raisin Oatmeal Bars

Our scrummy Raisin Oatmeal Bars are deliciously moist and rich with a ginger kick!

You can make up a batch of 16 bars with this recipe –  they can be frozen or kept in an air tight container for 5-7 days.




1) 14 Oz Rolled Oats


2) 3.5 Oz Butter


3) 3.5 Oz Sugars – Brown


4) 1tbsp Ground Ginger


5) 1.7 Oz Raisins


6) 3 scoops – Impact Whey Unflavoured


7) 1 Chia Tea Bag (or any fruit tea bag)





a) Firstly start by putting the teabag and raisins into a bowl and pouring over 1 cup of boiling water to allow the fruit to swell


b) Next melting the butter and sugar together (do not boil) and pour over the rolled oats, protein powder and ground ginger then mix together


c) Remove the tea bag from the bowl and pour the fruit and leftover water over the oats and mix together


d) Pour the mixture into a baking paper lined tray and bake on 190oC for 20 minutes


e) Lastly Once cooked lightly cut the bake into portion sizes allow to cool then cut into pieces and wrap in cellophane for individual servings, they will last for 3 months in the freezer.
