- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein
- 1 scoop Instant Oats
- 1 egg
- 150ml milk
- Lollipop sticks
- Decorating equipment
Pancake Pop Recipe
Make the pancake batter by blending together the whey, oats, egg and milk
Heat the frying pan to a medium heat and pour a small amount of pancake mix in the center
Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes then press the stick in the center of the pancake and cover with a little extra pancake mix and flip over
Decorate with a topping of your choice
