Protein Energy Balls
Looking for a quick on the go energy snack? These protein energy balls are perfect before the gym or sports training… what’s more you only need three ingredients!
For this recipe you’ll probably have these three ingredients already lurking in your cupboards or fruit bowl. You’ll need:
- 1 ripe Banana
- 4 Scoops of Impact Whey protein (We used chocolate caramel)
- 100g of rolled oats
Making these protein energy balls takes a matter of minutes with only three quick steps.
In a bowl mash a ripe banana and add your dry ingredients, protein powder and rolled oats.
Using the back of a fork mash the banana into the dry ingredients until completely mixed.
Using your hands, roll the mix into snack size balls!
Store these energy balls in a container in cupboard or fridge and enjoy on your way to training or as a quick sweet snack.
