No Bake Protein Cookies
Looking for some delicious peanut butter flavored cookies? Check out these easy to make no bake protein cookies!
For this super simple recipe you’ll need:
-100g of canned butter beans (drained)
-100g of crunchy all natural peanut butter
-15g of Greek yogurt
50g of raisins or sultanas
10g of coconut oil
3 scoops of Myprotein chocolate impact whey protein powder.
In a food processor or using a hand blender, blend your raisins and butter beans.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend/ pulse. Sprinkle in some extra raisins!
Last but not least- Roll the cookie dough into cookie shapes!
