Our warm Breakfast Protein Oats are delicious, high protein and low fat!

This meal is both deliciously spiced and sweet and the scent alone will get your taste buds tingling!

 


Ingredients

 

– 1 oz Myprotein Instant Oats

– 6.5 oz Hot water or Milk

– 1 scoop Impact whey Protein – Cinnamon Roll

– 1 Small apple

 


Method

 

1) Mix the oats with hot water or milk then add the cinnamon whey

 

2) Once made up to the consistency you prefer, stir in the chopped apple pieces.
