Protein Banana Muffins
These protein banana muffins are super easy to make and perfect for when you’re on the go- especially first thing in the morning before work or college.
Here’s What You’ll need:
50g of Smooth peanut butter
3 scoops of vanilla or banana impact whey protein
2 scoops of Myprotein instant oats
1 teaspoon of baking soda
20g of coconut oil
Start by preheating the oven to 150 degrees.
Mash the two ripe bananas or use a hand blender to process the bananas.
Add 50g of smooth all natural peanut butter.
Add the protein powder and instant oats.
In a separate bowl whisk two eggs.
Add the eggs into the mix and stir in baking soda and FlavDrops.
Finally stir in 20g of melted coconut oil.
Into a muffin tray add muffin or cake tin cases. Spoon in two to three spoonfuls of the muffin mix.
When all the cases are full place in the oven ad leave to cook for 8 to 9 minutes.
