Chocolate Peanut Butter Hearts Recipe
Melt the coconut oil in a bowl. Stir in the cocoa powder and the whey. Sift in the icing sugar and mix it all together until you get a smooth consistency.
Divide 1/2 of the mix between 4-5 molds of choice (I recommend silicon), and pop in the freezer until set.
Meanwhile, mix together the peanut butter, whey, salt and any sweetener until it’s all combined. It does mix in, just give it a good squishing!
Remove the set chocolate cups and divide the peanut mixture between the cases. Top with the remaining chocolate and leave to set.
