Looking for the ultimate easy bake oatmeal cookie recipe? Try this banana oatmeal protein cookies recipe! They are so easy to make and what’s more they only take 6 minutes in the oven! These cookies are the perfect on the go breakfast for when you’re rushed for college or work.




To get started you don’t need a lot, so grab your mixing bowl and:


100g of oats

1 large banana

2 scoops of vanilla impact whey protein

25g of dried banana chips (optional)

15g of sultanas

1 baking tray

Greaseproof parchment paper




Step One



Start by preheating the oven to 150 degrees Celsius, 300 degrees F.


In a bowl mix the oats and protein powder.

Step Two


In a separate bowl, mash one ripe banana.


Add the mashed banana to the oats and protein powder. Mash and mix well until a sticky dough is formed.

Step Three


Mix in banana chips and sultanas.


Line a baking tray with grease proof/ parchment paper. Add large spoonfuls of the cookie mix to form cookie shapes.

Step Four


Cook for 6-7 minutes.


Allow to cool for 20-30minutes and get munching!
