A healthy homemade protein bar recipe with only four ingredients, no added sugars, and 16 grams of protein per serving!

No Bake Protein Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars

Peanut Butter Protein Bar Recipe

In a large microwave-safe bowl, add peanut butter and almond milk.

Heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds, and stir to combine.

Add instant oats and whey protein to peanut butter mixture, and stir to combine.

Line an 8 x 8 square pan with plastic wrap, leaving enough plastic wrap to hang off the sides.

Pour mixture into prepared pan, and cover with remaining plastic wrap.

Using your hands, spread bar mixture evenly throughout the pan.

Freeze for 1 hour before cutting into 8 bars.

Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
