These no-bake peanut butter brownies are low in fat and carbs without skimping on flavor.
1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until mixed evenly.
2. This will make a thick dry paste – add a drop at a time of boiling water until a dough is made.
3. Press the mixture down firmly into a baking paper lined tin and sprinkle withcoconut.
4. Leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
5. Will last in the fridge for up to 5 days.
