No Bake Cookie Dough Protein Bites

Created for the cookie dough obsessed! If you love raw cookie dough, you will fall in love with these decadent bites!

Packed with protein, peanut butter and chocolate, plus they’re the healthier alternative – what’s not to like?

Ingredients

 

✓ 3/4 cup oats
✓ 2 scoops Vanilla Thewhey
✓ 3 tbsp. Peanut Butter
✓ 1 tbsp. Sugar-Free Syrup (flavor of your choice)
✓ Almond milk
✓ Small handful chocolate covered Pumpkin Seeds

Method

#1 Add the oats into a food processor and pulse these on their own for a few seconds

#2 Add the protein powder, peanut butter and rice syrup and blend again until well combined

#3 Gradually add in a drizzle of almond milk until the mixture starts to stick together and creates a nice doughy texture

#4 Stir through the chocolate coated seeds and transfer the mix into a freezable container

#5 Firmly press into the container and pop the bars into the freezer for a few hours. Slice into pieces and enjoy.
