Ingredients for protein smoothie recipe:
Handful of Spinach
25g of MyProtein Unflavoured/flavoured 200ml of milk
Handful of berries (frozen or fresh)
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Ice Cubes (optional)
50g Greek Yoghurt
- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix for 30-60 seconds to get the desired consistency.
- Place in a pint glass and enjoy.
